Mark your calendars for June 8, 2022! World Ocean Day is back, uniting ocean action worldwide. On World Ocean Day, people everywhere come together to promote, protect, and restore our blue planet by supporting collaborative conservation. Declared by the United Nations, this year’s theme is Revitalization: Collective Action for the Ocean, with a Conservation Action Focus of protecting at least 30% of our ocean by 2030.
World Ocean Day provides free and customizable promotional and actionable resources for you to host your own ocean event. Join the growing global celebration in June, and continue to grow the engagement year-round.
