Jennifer has put her academic background in business administration to use for over 40 years in her work with ocean related NGOs, charitable organizations, crown corporations and local governments.  She has gone from being immersed in a very non-ocean environment (3 years in the Kalahari Desert with CUSO) to spending 3 years in Fiji, working for the International Centre for Ocean Development (ICOD). She has also worked for COINAtlantic and its predecessor organizations on and off since 1984.  In addition to financial administration, Jennifer has enjoyed her involvement in the organization of conferences, workshops and training programs.
